Need Your Prayers

Hey, my bloggy friends.

My family had an unexpected tragedy last night. My cousin, Michelle, who is 30 years old, passed away. We don't know what happened. She had been sick with the same upper respiratory junk that everyone seems to have. She was at a friend's house and laid down to take a nap. Later when the friend went to wake her up, she was gone. Understandably, her parents, Betty & Larry, (my aunt & uncle) are devastated. Betty is my dad's older sister. Also, she was married to Sam, who is also devastated. We are all in shock.

Please keep my family in your prayers. Especially Betty, Larry, Sam, and Michelle's brother, Daniel. We don't know any funeral arrangements yet, but I also ask for your prayers, as we will all be traveling to Atlanta for the funeral.

Thanks and please know how much I love and appreciate all of you.

    Oh Robyn. We just lost a good friend a couple of days ago, but we were expecting her loss to cancer. I can't imagine what you all must be going through.

    That is so difficult Robyn. I can't imagine what her folks are going through. Praying a prayer for y'all right now. Oh Father, give the comfort only You can to this family. Some things just seem too hard to bear, Lord. Just too hard. Even in these things we know You are good so we ask You in Your goodness to strenthen those devastated by this loss and to help them to find You in the midst of their pain. Give them rest and peace and cover them with Your grace. You are Holy. Amen.
    I am so sorry for your loss. Please let us know if there is anything else that you need...have a safe trip to Atlanta. Again, I am so sorry.

    Oh Robyn...
    I'm just so sorry. My heart is just hurting. So so so sad. I'm praying for all of you. God WILL see everyone through. Praying for His abundance of love, comfort, and presence over these days.

    How very sorry I was to read this. I was up early this morning and thought FINALLY I will have a little extra time to check some of my favorite blogs, and then I read this. I am getting off the computer right this minute to pray for all of you---I know that's why God woke me up early.
    I so wish I had just the right words-- I have been sitting here for a while, typing, erasing, typing, erasing (you know what a talker I am!)....but I will just go pray instead.
